Calf Enhancer combines viable naturally occurring microorganisms with Rumensin® (monensin), an early acting coccidiocide to optimize health in pre-weaned calves. Rumensin has been proven effective for prevention and control of coccidiosis caused by E. bovis and E. zuernii in cattle.

When added to whole milk or reconstituted milk replacer, Calf Enhancer assures coccidiosis protection from birth to weaning. Calf Enhancer when fed as directed, supplies 80 mg of monesin per day or .8 mg/lb bodyweight for a 100 lb. calf. This dosage provides an adequate level of monesin until medicated dry feed intake is sufficient to provide an effective level.

Calf Enhancer use should begin as soon as possible after birth, the time when the intestinal tract is most sterile.

Storage
Store in a cool dry place. Keep container tightly closed when not in use.

Packaging
Calf Enhancer is available in a convenient 8 lb. container with a handle and a wide-mouth screw-on lid. One calf birth to weaning will use about 2 lb. of Calf Enhancer.
